Our employees enjoy a leading comprehensive health benefits program the first of the month following 30 days of employment. This coverage includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and vision insurance, and an opportunity to enroll in a health savings account (HSA).

FINANCIAL SECURITY
To support your retirement goals, we are pleased to provide a 401 (k) Savings Plan to encourage future savings. You will receive an employer match that equals 100% of the first 4% salary deferral, and the company matching contribution is 100% vested after 1 year of service.
TIME OFF AND HOLIDAYS
We proudly offer our eligible full-time employees 8 paid holidays each year and 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO). Your PTO increases with tenure, and you can roll over up to 40 hours of unused PTO into the next anniversary year. We know that time is valuable and encourage our employees to have a strong work-life balance and enjoy activities outside of work.
